Even before surgery my hair would not grow much. Since i had surgery i was using extra protein with the "shake the weight" shakes. then i started buying my protein from the P & S office and discoverd it desolved better than any i had bought from Walmart or the shake place. i always use it. maybe a teaspoon in my first cup of coffee in the mornings or use it like salt on my foods. my hair has grown so much and looks healthier than it has looked in years. my family and friends notice it all the time and comment on it. it has to be from the extra protein i have used the past year. Now Dr K i understand about the husband won't let you cut it for the summer hahah. mine is the same way, so i have had to wear it up all summer because it is so long and hot! just wanted to let people know, try the powdered protein they sale at the office. its great! Will it hurt to take the multivitamin (Equate - comparable to Flintstones Complete) on top of that? I was banded on Feb. 4 and have been losing hair for about 2 months. I was a bit panicky at first but was assured that I would not go bald.
