Spend time outside in the sun shine

Faith based activities

Positive reinforcement with positive thoughts – what you have accomplished

Weight loss is a process not a destination

Laughter – movies, jokes, etc

Pets and animals – even watching birds, ants, etc

Limit “bad” food choices in your home or place them in “safe” places

Have a friend or support system to call on

Journaling with words or pictures
